Henaghen Lodge is our very own Static Home based at Happy Valley Porthcawl in South Wales which was kindly donated by Marie and Roy Edwards.
This property is named after our Charity Ambassador Steve Henaghen who retired from The Royal Navy in December 2025 with the rank of Commander and has been a huge advocate for our charity since its formation.
Henaghen Lodge provides 3 bedrooms, and we currently have a single veteran living at the property with his two young daughters and the property has provided stability for the whole family which is what it was designed for.
The property was completely refurbished by Fixmasters Construction and Maintenance with the help of many volunteers.
Helping Homeless Veterans UK have also been gifted another Static Lodge at Happy Valley which we plan to start refurbishing in August 2026.
