Helping Homeless Veterans UK 'Factory Five AC Cobra Raffle' Terms & Conditions


Thank you for supporting Helping Homeless Veterans UK. These terms and conditions refer to online entry to our raffle (via the Raffall website) where one person will be chosen as the winner of a brand new Factory Five Mk4 Roadster (AC Cobra replica). The cost of each ticket entry into the Mk4 Roadster raffle is £20. You may purchase more than one ticket as there is no limit. Payment to enter the raffle must be made using the Raffall online system which is safe and secure. 


No tickets can be sold to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 years. Helping Homeless Veterans UK reserves the right to carry out age verification checks. If a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 he/she will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit his/her prize and the vehicle will be returned to Helping Homeless Veterans UK. The Mk4 Roadster Raffle is open to all UK residents aged 16 years and over, except The Trustees of Helping Homeless Veterans UK who are directly involved with the raffle. Entries will be accepted from outside of Great Britain but if the winner is outside of Great Britain, they enter knowing that the Mk4 Roadster is raffled as a Race Car and not a road vehicle. The winner if based outside of Great Britain is responsible for all costs involved in shipping the Mk4 Roadster to its destination.


To purchase raffle tickets online entrants will only be accepted and no paper tickets will be sold. Other online or telephone payments for lottery and raffle tickets by credit card are not permitted. Monies raised by this raffle will support the activities of the direct services of Helping Homeless Veterans UK, registered charity number 1195521. Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw only when the whole payment is received. Helping Homeless Veterans UK accepts no responsibility for raffle tickets which are lost due to any technical failure or event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted. The winner will be chosen by a random number generator which will be broadcast live using our Social Media Platforms and will be overseen by an independent judicator.


The Mk4 Roadster raffle will not be drawn until the minimum of 8,000 tickets have been sold. We will keep the public updated on a regular basis through our website on how many tickets have been purchased. There are three runner-up prizes of £1,000, £500 and £250 which will be drawn before the Mk4 Roadster once 8,000 tickets have been purchased. The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Please keep the emailed ticket as proof of purchase. Where Helping Homeless Veterans UK is unable to contact the prize winners and they remain unclaimed for six months following our first attempt to notify the prize winner, We may apply the prize as it sees fit, including re-offering the prize in future raffles. All winners are required to co-operate with Helping Homeless Veterans UK right to publish their win as and where deemed appropriate, and to provide proof of age when requested.


In the event of an error, howsoever caused, whether a printing error or otherwise and whether obvious or otherwise, which affects the competition in any way, Helping Homeless Veterans UK reserves the right to administer the raffle as though the error had not occurred. Where Helping Homeless Veterans UK deems it appropriate and/or feasible it will notify entrants of the error. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the disqualification of the entry. Helping Homeless Veterans UK reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion. No Refunds for payment of raffle tickets will be given under any circumstances: 


The Factory Five Mk4 Roadster raffle is subject to the laws of England and Wales. The decision in all matters relating to the Mk4 Roadster raffle is final. Helping Homeless Veterans UK operates a complaints and disputes procedure which is available by post on request or upon you making a complaint. All complaints and disputes will be handled in accordance with the procedure.
